John is an AIPMM Certified Product Manager, Agile Product Manager and Product Marketing Manager. After receiving graduate degrees from both New England Conservatory of Music and The Boston Conservatory, he left classical music performance more than 20 years ago to pursue communications technology. Since that time, he has served as product manager in several data comm and telecom companies, from small high-tech startups to large multinational organizations and is an evangelist of Agile Scrum. He has co-authored of five telecom patents, has extensive experience in network and application performance testing, and is known among his colleagues as "the gadget guy" for his extensive and varied assortment of mobile communications devices, technologies and platforms.
